Order Cancellations
We understand that you might change your mind. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it.
Please email us at contact@hotmanda.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below.
How to Start a Return

Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

Ship the Item: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

A clear photo or video showing the issue.
In these cases, we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund without needing you to return the faulty item.
Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind)
If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it), the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note the following:

Original shipping costs (even on our "free shipping" offer) are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@hotmanda.com.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to screen settings or updates from our suppliers. These minor differences do not affect the product's functionality and do not qualify as defects.
