Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. We work diligently to get your order out the door as fast as we can.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons and holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
While we strive to meet these estimates, please be aware that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, postal service delays, or adverse weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hotmanda is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by your country's customs agency. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
Multiple Items in One Order
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages. This means you might receive parts of your order at different times. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
